Your resume
When you send us your resume, you authorize us to have your data and to identify a little about your profile. You can apply through our vacancies platform or email seleccion@sofka.com.co telling us a little about your professional interest.
Let's talk
Your resume is the basis, but it is not the only thing that we like to use to get to know you a little, so we will call you by phone so that we can talk and identify together if we have an opportunity in the company for you.
Attitude Interview
This phase is the fundamental pillar of our selection process here we will have a space where you can get to know our company, the culture, the values and everything that surrounds this great family, we will also know about you that you like that you are looking for so that together we can achieve identify if we continue in the next phases of the process.
Technical validation
In this phase of the process we want to know your technical skills, identify your current knowledge to know in which project and with what approach we can locate your profile within the company.
Final remarks
This phase is an internal review, where we evaluate what was identified within the process.
Confirmation
If your entire selection process is satisfactory, we will have a salary offer for you and we will organize an entry date.
